We are looking for a Channel Manager leading the Fuel & Travel business for Monster Energy and it's brands. You'll be responsible for driving Growth & market share by shaping the strategy and delivering.

You'll have a direct report that will manage National & Regional operators as well as Motorway service areas. You will also build strong relationships with the Distribution partner Coca Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP).

Responsibilities;

  • Lead the team that owns our business within the Fuel & Travel environments, & have individual ownership of the Managed Forecourt environment (as defined by Nielsen) including both key account and multiple operator customer base
  • Define opportunities for growth in-order to build a robust and deliverable channel plan which accelerates brand and portfolio performance in the market & delivers against our objectives
  • Build strong working relationships within the CCEP business, deploying strong influencing skills to ensure that the energy objectives are prioritised and met within the context of their overall objectives, priorities & agreed ways of working with MEC.
  • Work closely with CCEP sales partners to build ambitious but achievable account business plans that align to the overall channel plan, course-correcting the plans in-year where relevant with performance analysis to ensure we continue to deliver against the agreed KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with customers, seeking out opportunities to share Energy expertise & thought leadership by leveraging data-driven insights & staying ahead of emerging trends, ultimately ensuring that we continue to drive the Energy growth agenda
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across both MEC and CCEP (eg. Category, Shopper Marketing & RGM) to ensure effective & efficient delivery of account & channel plans
  • Provide regular support & coaching for direct report, to help identify incremental growth initiatives in day-to-day role and identify personal development opportunities
  • Act as a leader within the GB team and wider EMEA commercial function, strengthening cross-functional & cross-border collaboration by sharing best practice & key learnings
